go to c:program files/activision/call of duty 4/players/(your guys name)/
then open your config with notepad.
then do ctrl + f and find the text "cheat points"
then change it to 30.
to use the cheats first finish the game on any level.

best cheats:
unlimted ammo, no reloading.
1 grenade = 5 when exploded.
